The Self-Love Journey is a deep and personal process of 36 steps, covering a wide range of themes and challenges through which you can cultivate an intimate, supportive, and loving relationship with yourself, one that stands by your side at all times, both in the good moments and in the more difficult moments of life.
Self-love is the foundation of all experiences of love.
It is a capacity that can be learned, practiced, and strengthened through the insights and exercises offered throughout this journey.
